The Yards Plaza is a new commercial destination within The Yards masterplan at City of Arabia, Dubailand, Dubai, developed by BEYOND Developments, part of the OMNIYAT Group.

The development will feature a B+G+6 structure comprising 272 office units, 50 retail & F&B spaces, and over 1,200 parking spaces. The wider 2.3 million sq. ft. masterplan dedicates more than 70% of its area to landscaped open spaces and greenery.

Office spaces will be located from Level 3 to Level 6, offering 32 layouts ranging from approximately 123 to 296 sq. m. Retail and F&B units will be distributed from the Basement to Level 2, providing a variety of commercial opportunities.
