- Providing guidance and assist sellers/buyers in buy/Sell properties
- Achieving and exceed assigned targets by the company
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions
- Negotiation skills: consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Prepare the necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, etc.)
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- 3-4 years minimum working experience in Dubai real estate
- Communication skills
- You possess excellent strong sales, negotiation, communication and influencing skills, are organized and able to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track of achieving/exceeding targets
- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Self-motivated, ambitious and go getter
- Demonstrable experience in generating leads and closing deals
