Azizi Florence Sharjah

Azizi Florence is a master community by Azizi Developments in Sharjah, next to Sharjah Sustainable City. The masterplan covers 30 million sq ft and includes 10,702 apartments, townhouses and villas arranged in six clusters, each with its own architectural treatment. Around 25% of the site — some 7.5 million sq ft — is given over to landscaping, anchored by a 1.6 million sq ft central park and six pocket parks of 100,000 sq ft each. Residents have an 11.5 km jogging track, 12 clubhouses, a mall and retail, a school, a hospital and two mosques, with six gated entrances serving the community
